SHIPPING POLICY
Magnolia Studio & Co currently only ships within the US and Canada.

Processing time for orders is 1 to 2 business days, with the exception of major holidays during which may be 3 - 7 business days or more. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-7 days.
We are not responsible for any shipping / delivery that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees once the item has been shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging in new condition within 30 days for refund not including shipping costs. Some items may have a modified return policy noted on the item listing, packing slip or on our policy board. Items that are opened, used, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund. When possible, please provide a shipping tracking number to expedite your request.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We currently do not accept exchanges, items returned may be refunded after reviewed. SALE items are all final sale, no returns or refunds.

When are you getting more of ___ in stock?
We do our best to restock items that sell out. We are not always able to restock due to limited supplies of these amazing goodies.

When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders placed before 2pm EST within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and also a confirmation email after your order is shipped.
Why don't you ship internationally?
It is currently not being offered on the website however, if you fall deeply in love with an item and would like it shipped over seas, please email or contact us via social media for shipping costs to your location.
