ARE ALL PRODUCTS YOUR OWN?

While we do carry some in-house items under the Magnolia Studio & Co name, we also stock a large variety of brands with similar or parallel beliefs to give our shoppers a better range to shop from. We work with both small businesses as well as large brands to bring you a minimalist inspired skin care, stationery and home goods lifestyle.

WHEN ARE YOU RESTOCKING ___?

We do our best to restock low-inventory or sold out items right away, how ever, we are not always able to restock due to limited supplies or discontinued merchandise from our suppliers. Please free free to follow up with us on social media or reach out to magnoliastudioandco@gmail.com to find out when / if your item will be restocked.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, not at this time. Drop your name and contact in the email sign up or reach out to us via social media to keep up to date if this changes in the future.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, SHOP PAY, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, FB PAY, PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT, AMAZON PAY.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For returns to be accepted, items must be unused and returned in the original packaging in new condition. Return within 30 days of receipt for a refund not including shipping costs. Some items may have a modified return policy noted on the item listing, packing slip or on our policy board . Items that are opened /used, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund. When possible, please provide an order number and shipping tracking number to expedite the process of your return.

It can take up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process items returned to our Return Center before refunds can be processed fully.

We DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds for Bath & Body or digital products.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We process and ship orders placed before 2pm EST within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and also a confirmation email after your order has shipped is tracking.

How do I return an item?

Aw we are so bummed to hear that you didn't enjoy your item.
In the past, we automatically included return labels in every shipment, but in efforts of reducing out carbon foot print, we ask that you reach out to us at magnoliastudioandco@gmail.com to initiate a return.
