THE BENEFITS OF SELF CARE
The rise in popularity of self care currently focuses heavily on skincare. But self care at MS & Co means mind, body and soul care.
The lack of complete self care results in burnout - professionally, mentally, emotionally and physically. Self-care has been clinically proven to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and increase focus, energy and overall happiness.
Self Care can look different for everyone, based on needs and what season of life you are in at the time. A few ideas on how to practice self care everyday are;
Eating a healthy and balanced diet, meditating, getting good quality sleep consistently, spending time out doors, journal, doing physical activity and remembering to live in the moment ( not worrying or stressing about the past or future).
